I am not very good at IT, can I use your services?
That's what we're here for! We set everything up for you and explain it simply, without complicated technical terms.
If something goes wrong - how quickly can you help me?
Most things are handled remotely within minutes. It depends on the size and severity of the problem. You will be provided with a phone number for urgent requests.
Why isn't it enough to use regular Gmail or Seznam?
Because email on your own domain looks professional and clients take you seriously. Plus, you have more control over your data and setup options. With such an email, you can't control when your messages fall into your clients' SPAM. With your own domain, you have full control.
How much does this service cost per month?
The price starts from 350 CZK per user/month in the basic Single package (other Duo and Team variants start from 799 CZK and 899 CZK respectively).
What if I don't have a lot of money, but I know I need quality IT?
It's okay. We started out once, too. That's why we help small business owners break down payments for our services, hardware or licenses into smaller invoices. Don't worry, you can always talk to us.
